Born in Cali, Colombia, back in 1944.
Barranquilla introduced him to the world of arts amongst some of the most renowned Colombian artists from el "Grupo Barranquilla", during the 'La Cueva' era.
He owned an Art Gallery on Sunny Isles Boulevard, Miami Beach, Florida; where he taught young artists who recently graduated from Gainesville University: "The Art of finding the Inner Artist within You".
An introspection of the artist's own mental and emotional processes when defining which type of Art most sincerely reflects his or her artistic personality.

He has always been ahead of the times... An Artist Provocateur.
Nowadays, he is dedicated to painting; producing a vast array of creations where his imagination has no boundaries.

His style of art can be described as abstract, contemporary, and colorful. His art often features bright and bold colors, and he uses a variety of techniques such as digital manipulation, mixed media, and collage to create intricate and dynamic compositions. Salazar's works also often incorporate elements of nature, such as flowers, leaves, and animals, but these are presented in a stylized and abstract manner. Overall, his art can be seen as a fusion of traditional and modern techniques that results in vibrant and captivating imagery.

His new collection of paintings bring an incredible display of colors, strength, and imagination characteristic of all his creations.
His abstract style shows a journey thru his roots, art learned from el 'Grupo Barranquilla' at 'La Cueva', his colors, and the maturity of over 60 years of experience.
