one interpretation i had for this is how women DO follow the money with gold digging/marrying for money.... they go where they money is... date guys who are wealthy... and put money above love, trust, partnership, a real bond... etc. or family.. with divorce.. and 'taking him to the cleaners'... using the divorce courts to emotionally and financially destroy the man they once claimed to love and said vows to marry. social commentary piece of Art on the state of our times, in other words.....
