Halloween series by Rafael Salazar Artist from Colombia Copyright 2016 - All rights reserved. Mark the beginning of Halloween 2016 - Enjoy the holiday BooHoo! Shakespeare mentions the practice in his comedy The Two Gentlemen of Verona (1593), when Speed accuses his master of "puling [whimpering, whining], like a beggar at Hallowmas."
