Old Havana Cuba during the 80's and 90's where the old buildings show the grandiose architecture characteristic of Old Cuba.
Cuban people who stayed in those properties split the care for the buildings.
This photograph shows the contrast seen throughout Havana where the ones that had the means took care of the Property while the other "tenants" let the place become Ruins. "Curbside Appeal"
